Valves are set by the factory to an anti scalding temperature. We do not recommend or suggest this setting to be changed. However, there are some instances when water flow is low and this adjustment is necessary. Italia Faucets, Inc. does not take responsibility for injury or damage if the factory set temperature has been adjusted or altered in any way.
Our valves are preset to anti scalding levels and we do not recommend adjustments. But if you must, move the grey piece on the cartridge a notch or as needed. (image attached) also the Red piece can be removed and place back on if needed.
Please make sure the stop valves are open (image attached)
